Everything was perfect. The food, the staff, the location the decor - an amazing stay!
We were here for NYE and the buffet was beyond expectations. Absolutely unbelievable, the fireworks were fantastic and the DJ / Band were brilliant. An amazing night.
The only small gripes we had were that the wardrobe was tiny for a family of 4 staying in a junior suite. The hotel rectified this straight away though and brought us an extra rail.
The lighting in the room is just too dark. I know they want to create an atmosphere/ be traditional etc, but when youre having to switch your phone torch on to find something in the drawers or help you put your makeup on then its just not fit for purpose.

- very very slow front desk
- They changed the category of room I book saying they are giving best room but they downgraded me I had to fight to get my booked room
- I checked in at 3:30 PM for 2 rooms they gave me only one room
- after all this the front desk staff didnt bother to apologise
- Though the front desk collected a deposit apart from my room tariff the room service ( Just for a coffee bill) demanded me to pay immediately

Apartments was not well equipped. Basics like cutlery ? Glasses were missing .
Check in staff were not informative enough, and not friendly either

A perfect little break
The location, pools, and the ambience.
No hot water in the apartments, and hotel buffet food could have been nicer. The main restaurant is a little outdated.

Excellent hideaway holiday!
Breakfast was great. Availability 630-1100 was providing great flexibility.
Beach with food service was excellent.
Restaurants (we tried steakhouse and sea food) were nice and locations were of excellent athmosphere.
Location on the Palm takes much time due to heavy traffic in the afternoon to reach.

Amazing stay at an amazing hotel. Fantastic facilities, welcoming and efficient staff and caters well for the whole family. Christmas Day was so special with the arrival of Santa and celebrations for children. Rooms very comfortable and spacious with excellent views. Beach bar and beach facilities were amazing too. All restaurants divine. Club access a brilliant addition. Will definitely be back.

Already looking at booking again
We were there for ten days and didnt leave the resort. Food, staff, facilities all amazing.
We paid for full board and it was a bit restrictive as its often a set menu, or a relatively small allowance based on menu prices.
