    The reviewer had a lovely room at The Eastbury & Spa, although it was located on an upper floor. They were disappointed that the bar was closed upon returning from a Christmas party, but had been inf (Read More)ormed beforehand. The food was excellent, and the staff received high praise, receiving a 6-star rating.

    It was fine.
    The staff were very friendly and attentive. The surroundings of the hotel were lovely.
    The room was nice, but a final once over by housekeeping wasn't done. There were lots of cobwebs on the ceiling right above the bed. One of the mugs left was dirty and there was only one tissue left on the box. Small things like this should be check before guests arrive.

    Fabulous hotel in great location. Highly recommended
    Friendly and helpful staff, charming and spacious room, lovely character property, cosy and communal reception rooms. We went on one of the walks suggested by the hotel using their guide. It was excellent.
    Shame its restaurant was closed.

    Definitely NOT a five star hotel! 3 star at best!
    Location was good.
    Plughole in bathroom had sick stuck in it. No hand soap in bathroom. Very tired furniture in room, In need of major refurbishment. No mini bar or safe. Restaurant closed and no staff available after 9pm except for an emergency phone number. Unable to get me a cab to take me to my appointment.

    Very obliging staff and room comfortable. Think should have been warned of bedroom access .
    Breakfast good . Hotel decor first class.
    Was not expecting outdoor accommodation up multiple steps at my age . Luckily not raining but carrying luggage up footpath cant be much fun when poring with rain. My room Rowan very noisy from people adjacent. Every cough,loo flush could be heard, plus doors noisy to close.
