Fabulous gorgeous hotel would defo stay again.
Such a grand building the hotel really does look the part.
Absolutely fabulous.
Bed wasnt very comfortable.
Hard to please though as I have a temper mattress.

The best hotel weve stayed in in the UK. Its the only place well ever stay in Cardiff.
The photographs dont do the hotel justice! The rooms are even better than pictured and they look great in the photos!
Nothing, hotel and the staff were amazing. Upgraded to a better room for an additional 30 - well worth the money

I thought everything was very profesional and to a good standard.
I did feel the room was very small and basic , ive had bigger rooms at a generic travel lodge or Prem Inn.

Great location and a wonderful manager he actually took us to the Indian restaurant himself
The breakfast was good but we were a little late coming so not everything was available. I would have liked to have been offered some more coffee but I guess they were wanting to finish the service.
More coffee to be offered and maybe a little more choice I know that we were a bit late but we had payed for breakfast.

The location. lobby and room were all amazing it feels like a very high end hotel.
The bed wasn't very comfortable, I know this can be subjective it was just a bit hard for me.
We were disappointed with breakfast, after queuing to get in the dining room we felt the cereal selection was poor and then we were really disappointed when the potatoes weren't cooked, they looked cooked but were hard on the inside so had obviously not been parboiled first. It took a while for the coffee to come and we weren't offered another one. Overall we felt it didn't live up to expectation (or price).

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was lovely, well presented and bathroom was a nice size. It was a discounted price i paid at 135 and i would happily pay that again to stay at a great central location.
Only downside was the slight gap at the bottom of the door, we could see the light slightly at the bottom coming through. When people walked passed we could hear them more than what you could normally and i think that's down to the door.
