The staff were amazing so helpful and nice. The pools and grounds were beautiful and the location was great.

It's not worth the money. Need a significant improvement
Spacious room (deluxe suite), beach front, big yard, big pool, near the airport but not noisy
The lawn in the left wing was unkept. When the staff walked us to the suite, I couldn't help but terrified seeing tall grass, wild weeds, unclean outdoor of our wings (room 200s).
Toilet flush didn't work (till we call to have it repaired).
The cold shower panel didn't work.
And it's New Year holiday!
The peak season that they should have prepared everything perfectly.
When we explored the vicinity, I was surprised to see the right wing (room 300s) had a very nice well kept lawn. Just contrary with the 200s compounds. Such a discriminatory service.

Stay here is excellent but don't use the restaurant service.
Nice swimming pool, and nice Garden and villas
Restaurent and bar (specially cocktail) service is very slow. you have to wait minimum 1 hour before your drinks and food will come in table. Also drink should be bring before meal but they bring with food.

because of works in the lobby I got two evening meals for free - thanks a lot
could check out late (1pm) and use facilities all day
smoking at breakfast tables was allowed - should be further away or banned totally

Very nice property, very close to airport with a nice pool and beach access.
The decor of the rooms, especially the curtains, decorative pillows and bed scarf is terribly outdated and faded like it was from the 1960s. A simple update would provide a lot of much needed and easy makeover.

Location is good if you want close to airport
Close to Airport, friendly staff, big pool
Bed uncomfortable. Only had 1 pillow each. Rooms are very outdated esp for price. No water pressure. Spa, gym closed as well as 2 of the on-site restaurants. We had to ask to have toilet paper.
