    I only stayed one night, on arrival receptionist was very helful. Room was very clean and comfortabl
    Very happy with location. The room was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and kind.
    Breakfast a little disappointing. No fruit to have with a cereal.

    Very good find. Will come again!
    Clean and comfortable, spacious, good location, very nice breakfast, prepared personally, nice bathroom and good hot supplies. Very helpful receptionists.
    (If reality nitpicking..) the old-fashioned, slightly primitive lift might delay you a minute or so, if you were in a hurry!

    Dont stay here!
    The hotel was not in great shape - think faulty towers. The bathroom wasnt very clean, there was mould and mildew on the single glazing windows in the bedroom. The bed was terrible - you could feel the springs digging in. We didn't shower as it didn't look clean around the shower/shower tray and had some mould on the silicon. The breakfast wasnt great - the sausages were rubbery and the hash browns had no flavour. The staff were not friendly and you had to pay for parking. There was a fire alarm around 5:30am (someone was smoking in their room) no staff were present during this time. I think one staff member on reception went off somewhere (and didnt return until who knows when) but no other staff were present for guests. The price was not ok for this hotel (but there isnt a price that would make this ok!) and Id advise everyone to book elsewhere!

    Superb
    Great location for football and the centre! Christmas markets on the same street!
    Location is perfect, we went to watch football. Stadium is 20 min walk and all the bars are on the way up. All staff are fantastic! Very friendly and I even got an early check in! Thank you!
    A little dated but for the price cant complain!!

    Breakfast was average
    Cold in room. Took 25 off me saying it was in case I damaged room. Said they would reimburse once they checked room once I left. Wouldn't check room with me while I was there
