Our room near to Nusa Dua beach. nice pool, great jogging track. I like the food in Hamabe restaurant. The breakfast also nice. I have a great time at Heavenly spa.
Basically, everything is fine. The balcony is small (I expect room with large balcony and chair).
AC position straight facing the bed, not really comfortable. I arrived around 2.15 pm. Standard check in time is 3.00 pm. But our room ready at around 4.30 pm.

Good. The good compensate the bad experience
Staff and their professionalism and very genuine.
Concierge, reception, restaurant and room service and pool bar boy. They were amazing people very friendly and passionate with kids.
Highlight is breakfast team and the menus. Within the peak hours, they served and feed almost 800 people within 4 hours spread. They still remain humble and friendly. One Lady in Noodle station even remembered that my kids favourite breakfast.
Kids club are amazing. Free bike rental and table tennis were a bonus.
Property and rooms was so different than pictures in the booking.com website. I booked pool access room, in my mind, you have a little dip pool which can lead to main pool. That was my understanding. But totally different, pool is about 7m from our rooms. Second the room is super old. I booked 2 rooms and stayed in 1606 and 1608 from 24/12 to 2/1/23. My both rooms has mold on ceiling and wall. 1606 has a creak ceiling with mold and spot mark from condensation. Wifi is super slow.

Very pleasant, would definitely come again with the entire family.
gorgeous lobby. clean and well furnished rooms. cosy ambience throughout the entire resort. wonderful breakfast spread. great selection of restaurants with excellent food quality and service across the board. loads of activities for kids. super friendly staff who are always ready with a greeting and willing to help.
minor construction noise at the rooms in the middle of the day due to upgrading works. but to be fair, most people are not at their rooms at that time. the restaurants can also be a tad expensive compared to typical Bali standards, but it is worth it.

Disappointing and never to return again to same hotel .
Breakfast wide spread and staff at breakfast friendly.
Rooms musty smell with fungus . Rooms are not checked before guests check in . No proper information about facilities and services provided to guests . Duty manager did attend to complains but it has taken and wasted so much of my time changing rooms twice .
