    Very clean, food is great, ocean view.
    Location is a bit far from the center but the hotel offers free shuttle to ocean park mtr. Still value for your money.

    Stunning views in a resort-like hotel, with limited accessibility
    Gorgeous views of the sea, and spacious well-appointed rooms. It feels like a resort in the city.
    Because its quite inaccessible, there were sometimes long waits for taxis and transport. I think the hotel could do better with shuttles or have a better set of cars / taxis available - the concierge just used the same taxi app everyone else does, so when there were more than 3 or 4 guests in the queue, you ended up waiting up to 20 minutes for a car.

    Nice modern hotel close to Ocean park
    Very new hotel with all what you may expect. Modern room, nice design, absolutly calm. Breakfast excellent, huge buffet. Easy to reach via MTR-public transport but last transfer by bus from MTR station ocean park 23:00
    Spa only access by booking very costly service packages-very bad!!!!!! Last bus transfer MTR-Ocean park at 23:00

    Enjoyed the stay, apart from a few things. Didnt really fully explore all the amenities.
    Views from the room were amazing, our daughter loved waking up every morning and watching the boats pass. Staff very friendly and polite and breakfast was good also. Location you should know prior to booking is out of the way, but is fine if you want to relax and get away from it all.
    One thing that could be improved is the speed of the room service. Asked for a power converter and had to call multiple times and wait for 2hours. Last morning was in a rush I called for an iron and ironing board, which you would expect to be in the room already, but wasnt. Room service came up without one thinking I was not looking hard enough only to scratch his head realising there was indeed none of the above. Ended up waiting well over an hour and eventually I had to leave with a creased shirt as we had plans and were going to be late. No iron/ironing board and no urgency. Also no ice cream for in room dining, for a family hotel seems wrong. Fyi.

    Recommend to spend an evening walking on the promenade and enjoy the sunset. The view is stunning!
    The bath tub in my room seems to be leaking when I move.
