Missed sign for reception and entered via leisure complex. Tricky to work our way through to reception.

We loved staying here between Xmas and NY. It was exceptional value and very comfortable. We found it very relaxing.
The facilities and grounds were excellent. Plenty of parking, good sized rooms, lovely lounge area and great leisure facilities.

Well situated for visiting the area
No detailed information in the room about the hotel facilities. We walked over to the clubhouse from the hotel in the rain on our first night for an evening meal only to find it closed. The only menus on the tables in the hotel restaurant-bar were for bar stacks. So we ordered one. Later, we mentioned this to another guest who said they were serving full meals in the hotel and we should have asked for a menu. But how were we to know?

Amazing staff, gorgeous location, perfect
We loved it!! The staff were amazing - especially the woman who checked us in and the lovely lady working in the cafe. Gorgeous room and so relaxing.
The only small thing is we went to the pool for a post new years relax and there were very loud HIIT classes going on.
