The details to be mentioned include the Applicant’s name, date of birth, address, father’s name, mother’s name, and spouse’s name (if married). In addition to that, the applicants also need to clearly mention the nature in which the Indian citizenship was obtained, that is, was it by birth or descent or registration or naturalization etc. There is also a statement of a declaration to state that the applicant does not hold any criminal record in the past five years.
