Around 200 kilometers away from Baku, Shahdag Mountain Resort is Azerbaijan's premier skiing destination. It has an extensive network of slopes catering to skiers and snowboarders of all levels. With slopes covering a variety of terrain, you can choose from gentle to challenging trails. 

With the help of snow machines, the ski slopes are made accessible throughout the year, offering optimal conditions for skiing and snowboarding. There are 17 lifts at the resort that provide seamless transportation to the ski slopes. The state-of-the-art ski center offers the latest ski equipment for purchase or rental. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are always available and ready to assist you every step of the way. The resort also has a ski school where expert instructors provide personalized instruction and comprehensive lessons designed to help you develop your skills and confidence on the slopes.

The resort is open all year round and provides a range of facilities like spa and outdoor activities to the visitors. These activities include skiing and snowboarding, sledding, Polaris tours, winter paintball, zip-lining, and paragliding.

Situated just 4 kilometers from Gabala city center, Tufandag Mountain Resort stands as a beacon for winter sports enthusiasts with its 12-kilometer-long ski slopes and modern amenities.  These slopes can be easily accessed by a network of cable car rides that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding Caucasus Mountains. The slopes are divided into four levels; beginner, intermediate, professional, and expert, each with different angles and lengths.

Novice skiers can take lessons at the ski school led by professional instructors. These lessons are available in three languages, Azerbaijani, Russian, and English. Both children and adults can rent skis, snowboards, and other equipment at the resort and partake in supervised ski activities. The resort also provides various amenities such as accommodations, restaurants, and spa facilities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for those who looking for a ski vacation in the Caucasus.

Abulag Mountain Resort is located 58 km from the city of Nakhchivan and can be reached within an hour-long drive. Situated 2,000 meters high in the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, it offers 12 kilometers of slopes for skiing and snowboarding. With modern amenities including a hotel, cozy cottages, cafes, and equipment rentals, you can enjoy a range of activities. The ski center provides professional instructors for beginners and advanced training for experienced skiers, along with ski instruments on a rental basis. The ski slopes can be easily accessed via a 952-meter-long cable car. Apart from skiing facilities the resort also has an amusement park and a children’s park that offers a wide range of adventure activities in snow.
