Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi Overview

Yas Marina is all about Abu Dhabi's opulent Grand Prix. The circuit is located on Yas Island which stands about 30 minutes away from the capital city of UAE, Abu Dhabi. There is a lot more to explore other than the tracks. The marina-based additions also house a theme park, a water park, as well as residential areas, hotels, and beaches.

It is a lifetime experience for racing enthusiasts. The architect of the circuit was Hermann Tilke who is not just an engineer and a designer, but a racer himself. The track has a great layout, throwing exciting challenges to the F1 riders of the world. Yas Marina was the second track constructed after Bahrain in the Middle East.

With a lot of thought being put into the track, it has an intricate design with twenty-one corners twists, traversing you through with a view of the Marina and Yas Hotel Abu Dhabi. It bears facade lighting with several straight and tight corners. The highlight of the circuit is that each corner is said to be different and unique. The circuit has 5 grandstands (North, South, Main, West and Marina Grandstand). In addition to this, it has a Team building, Media Center, Dragster Track and a VIP Tower.

Karting at Yas Marina Circuit

Experience the thrill and exhilaration of races here with the karting circuit. Great karts with speeds up to 37 miles per hour (60 km/h) are available here. With upgradation of the circuit experience, you can race with your pals as there is an extended 1-kilometre track. The new Bambino sessions for little kids, the circuit has extended packages too.

Yas Marina Circuit tour
