Museum Rudana

The various paintings and exhibits of the museum depict the rural and cultural life of Ubud and Bali cultures, accompanied by the natural landscapes and traditional activities. The collection includes over 400 pieces of art and sculptures which are in sync with the theme of the building.

The museum is span over three stories, in which the first and the lower floors display the beautiful artwork by Indonesian arts, accompanied by magnificent wooden sculptural pieces. The third floor features classical Balinese and Ubud style paintings by famous artists like Gusti Nyoman Lempad, Gusti Ketut Kobot, Ida Bagus Made, Wayan Bendi, Wayan Jujul and Srihadi Soedarsono.

The museum is also home to exhibits by famous international artists like the late Don Antonio Blanco whose special gallery is also open for the public.

Visitors to Museum Rudana will also have the opportunity to explore the expansive museum gardens with amazing elephant carved sculptures, and lush private rice fields within the museum premises.
