Spread over 32 acres, Blackpool zoo is home to over 1500 different species of animals that include tigers, lions, gorillas and elephants.
The zoo is the perfect attraction for someone who is looking for any outdoor activity with family. This is a multi award winning zoo and is located quite close to the Junction 4 of M55 motorway. It is spread across 32 acres of land with lots of lakes, waterfalls and woodland. It is home to about 1500 animals including lions, tigers, giraffes, zebras, gorillas and almost 400 species of birds and insects. One can experience the wide range of habitats. There is also a children's zoo where the kids can meet and feed rabbits, guinea pigs and chickens.
