Isla Mujeres or the Island of the Women is just 4.3 miles wide, yet it has few sites and offers breath-taking views of Caribbean. The island can be reached via ferry services from Cancun, and is popular for sea turtles. The beach Playa del Norte is widely popular among travellers. Located on the western coast is the Cancun Underwater museum and island is also close to a coral reef in Garaffon park and is a hub for water activities.
