Located in Henderson the Cedar Creek reservoir is mainly known for its aquatic vegetation and predominant fish. The reservoir also has a drainage system of around 1000 square kilometers and is currently managed by the Texas parks and wildlife department. In Addition to this there are also several aquatic birds that reside in and around the park.
The reservoir has beautiful surroundings of several small settlements. Cedar Creek Lake is very well known for its natural vegetation and fauna. Visitors are also fond of fishing in this lake due to its moderate depth and abundance of fish. The Cedar Creek reservoir although not very famous does have a pleasant atmosphere and gives the visitors a magical experience.
