Situated southwest of Dallas, Cleburne State Park is a popular camping destination owing to its many facilities that include different campsites, screened shelters as well as cabins. Lodging at the park is quite convenient because it provides electricity, restrooms, showers, picnic tables, fire rings, sewer hookups, picnic tables are other such services.
Fishing, canoeing, kayaking, swimming as well as no-wake boating (there is a boat ramp) are allowed in Cedar Lake while the various trails like Spillway Trail and Sandy Flats make for a fun hiking or biking time.
