How to Reach Diani Beach

By air: You'll first need to fly into Moi International Airport in Mombasa, Kenya, which is the nearest major airport. From there, you can either take a domestic flight to Ukunda Airstrip, located near Diani Beach, or arrange for a taxi or transfer service for the approximately 15-minute drive to the beach.
By road: You can drive to Diani Beach from Mombasa, which is approximately a 1.5 to 2-hour journey depending on traffic. You'll take the Mombasa-Lunga Lunga Road (A14) southward, passing through Likoni and crossing the Likoni Ferry to access the south coast. From there, continue along the Diani Beach Road until you reach your destination.
By Ferry: Alternatively, if you're travelling from the island of Mombasa itself, you can also reach Diani Beach by taking the Likoni Ferry from Mombasa to the south coast. Once across the ferry, it's about a 45-minute drive along the Diani Beach Road to reach your destination.
