Legoland Dubai, Dubai Overview

Situated amidst Dubai parks and resorts, Legoland is a family-theme park which lets you play with the Lego bricks and enjoy on water slides too! Ideal for kids aged between 2 to 12, Legoland is divided between two parks- a Lego park and a Lego Water Park. Note: In order to enter the parks, you can either purchase a one-day ticket, a combined ticket for both Legopark and Lego water park or buy an annual or all-access pass. The entry charges are applicable as follows-

Best Rides & What to See at Legoland Dubai

1. Tour of Lego factory- This zone is an interesting pit-stop for everyone who wants to learn how Lego blocks are made. You can make your models with the blocks and even take home a freshly-made Lego kit as a souvenir! The factory also has a ‘BIG Shop’ which is the largest Lego toy shop in the entire Middle East.

2. Lego-city- This zone lets you enjoy the fun activities and drive a Lego car or fly a plane or ride a boat. You can also engage in games at the Lego seaport or the Lego police headquarters! The city also teaches how to drive an electric car and children go back with a Legoland junior driving license! Riding vehicles made of Lego blocks or becoming a junior security officer at the airport is just some of the few things children can do at this zone.

3. Kingdoms- This zone is a haven for those who love dragons, castles and everything old and medieval. Whether it's playing with dragons or enjoying a roller coaster ride with your family, this zone also has carousels on which you ride amidst dragons and get to build block buildings and dragons.

4. Imagination- Here, you can build and race Lego cars or engage in mechanics and robotics! You can ride on a technic twister or enjoy a 4-D movie at the theatre. A building and programming workshop at the Mind stone or fun train games at the Duplo are going to make kids happy and excited.

5. Adventure- Experience the underwater world and ride on a submarine and explore over 1500 marine life at the Adventure Zone. You can also go on a treasure hunt or hit targets with laser guns, learn about the Pharaoh’s revenge or the Amset Ra amongst other exciting experiences.

6. Mini-land- It is a fully air-conditioned, indoor playing zone with more than twenty million Lego bricks! You get to create a model of Dubai’s incredible skyline with Legos or look at the beautiful Lego-made Burj Khalifa!

Shopping

You can shop a wide variety of tiaras, crowns, capes and masks and look like your favourite superheroes. The shops also offer different colours and sizes of Legos, and you can buy novelty boxes and Lego kits. The kiosks and shopping centres also let you buy goods like sunscreens, hats, strollers and Lego souvenirs like keychains and decorative pieces. You can purchase underwater treasures like seashells, fish models, or get clicked at the photobooth with your family!

Lego Water Park

Lego water park is the UAE’s only park designed exclusively for kids. You get to build your own Lego raft or enjoy on slides or go on water safaris. It has more than twenty water slips and slides and is entirely safe for kids.

Water park lets you build your boat or raft and put them in waters and ride over them in the pools. The park also has toddler-sized slides which allow you to enjoy and also engage in fun splash safari rides. One can also participate in fun competitions on the wet and thrilling slide racers or have a great time in the wave pool with the grand slides. Splash out is your must-visit place if you love adventure. Going 60 feet up and then splashing in the waters is full of enjoyment and thrill! Red rush is a 312-feet-long sliding track on which you can ride with the help of a curved tube. You can also enjoy body slides in which you slide in water and move across tracks without any tube!

When you are tired and done with your water park activities, head to Bricks bites for yummy pizzas and to Waves Bistro for quick snacks like salads, burgers, pita and chicken.

How To Reach Legoland Dubai

Legoland is situated in Jebel Ali on the Sheikh Zayed Road and has different timing for water park as well as the lego park. The Lego park remains open from 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM only, while The Lego water park remains open from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM only. To reach the park you can use public transports like metro, buses, book a taxi or drive on your own. Bus services to and from Ibn Battuta metro station and the park are available from 7:00 AM in the morning till 11:15 PM in the night. You can also get off at the Jebel Ali metro station and take a taxi for around AED 40 to Dubai parks and resorts.
