Jesuit Staircase, Dubrovnik Overview
Ever since the Game of Thrones season five’s ‘Walk of Shame’ scene where Cersei Lannister walked naked through King’s Landing, the Jesuit Staircase has become a tourist hot-spot. Each day fans and tourists take hundreds of photos at and around this staircase. It is located near Bošković Square.
An indelible part of the Game of Thrones tour, the Jesuit staircase amply represents the Baroque architecture of Dubrovnik. Upon walking up the stairs you arrive at the Boškovićeva Poljana (Bošković Square) which has the appealing Jesuit church of St. Ignatius and the Loyola college built in the 17th century.
