Pharaonic Village

The Pharaonic Village, located 1 km away from Sakiat Mekki metro station in Giza, is a living museum giving an insight into the ancient world of Egypt and how people lived in Ancient Egypt. A highlight of this replica of farmers' markets, homes, and temples. It features 5 museums, a boat ride experience and cultural dance performances.

Founded by Dr. Hassan Ragab, a renowned archaeologist, this museum sprawls across 30 acres of land, showcasing intricate reconstructions of Pharaonic-era structures. Visitors to the Pharaonic Village can immerse themselves in the rich tapestry of Ancient Egyptian culture through various attractions. Explore a replica of an Old Kingdom tomb, witness the traditional art of papyrus making, and even take a ride in a ceremonial barge. Artisans demonstrate their craftsmanship in workshops, crafting everything from pottery to jewelry.
