Formentera

Formentera is a small island in the Balearic archipelago, just a short ferry ride south of Ibiza. Known for its pristine white-sand beaches, turquoise waters, and laid-back atmosphere, it is a top destination for relaxation and nature lovers. Formentera, the fourth largest among the Balearic islands, can be reached by a boat from the Ibiza island and it is the best place to enjoy the crystal clear water and the beautiful beaches. It takes almost 30 minutes to reach there and it is something that cannot be missed. For centuries, it was like a hidden place, unknown from the world, till the time Pink Flyod and Bob Dylan pitched up here in the !970s. the deserted beaches, bars and restaurants are the perfect place to chill. Considered to be the European paradise, it is often compared to the Caribbean because of its immense beauty.
