How to Reach Kokol Hill
The Kokol Hill is about 45 minutes’ drive from the Kota Kinabalu city centre. It is easy to get a taxi for almost RM 60, travelling to Crocker Range in Kampung Kokol and then up to the hilltop. Coming from Inanam direction, from the first junction on the right after Menggatal town, turn into Kokol Poring Poring Road to reach Kampung Kokol from where there is a winding road uphill.
Best Time to Visit Kokol Hill
The Kokol Hill experiences a cool and pleasant climate mostly and is very crowded during the clear days. It is best to visit around 6:00 in the morning and in the evening to experience the beautiful sunrise and sunset respectively.
