Spread over 7 levels, the mall has 8 shopping precincts and is split into a retail mall, office block and 2 residential towers. Pavilion Elite, being the mall's retail expansion, houses the largest Coach store in South-East Asia.
The Pavilion Crystal Fountain at the entrance of KL Pavilion is Malaysia's tallest Liuli Crystal Fountain and is considered a national landmark. Resembling a Grecian temple with modern pillars, the mall hosts some much-hyped events like KL Fashion Week and Waku Waku Japan Festival. The 13-screen Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) and Red Box karaoke bar at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur offers a good deal of entertainment and are located on the Connection Precinct.
