Paralia Glystra is a picturesque cove situated along the southeastern coast of Rhodes in the charming bay of Lardos. A forest fire destroyed the beach's infrastructure, but the beach is still enjoyable despite the lack of amenities. It is perfect for snorkeling but beware of sea urchins on the left part of the beach. The shallow waters and gently sloping seabed make it ideal for families with young children.
The beach boasts a rich marine ecosystem with a variety of marine life such as chlorophytes, phaeophytes, barnacles, bivalve mollusks, and sea fans, making it a great spot for snorkeling. It is known for its fine sand and peaceful atmosphere. The bus stand is only 150 m away from the beach.
