Nestled amid the Himalayan range, Maa Hariyali Devi Temple is perched at an elevation of around 1400 m. The presiding deity of the temple goes by many names including Vaishno Devi, Bala Devi and Sitla Mata.
The deity enshrined in the temple is dressed in yellow, carrying a child and is sitting on a lion. You will also witness the idols of Heet Devi and Kshatrapal also installed in the temple. The temple is sight of pure joy during the festivals of Janmashtami and Diwali.
