Yet another gem found inside Balboa Park, San Diego, Trees For Health Garden was established to educate the crowd on the benefits of medicinal plants and their uses & values. The garden offers trails throughout providing great views of the trees and plants here. There are multiple workshops conducted for the public through direct experience research and sharing expertise for understanding how the healing plants work first hand.
The events conducted also promote community partnerships and volunteering that aids in building a stronger community for visitors. Street parking is available outside the park, located in the corner of Balboa Dr. and Quince St.
