Salesforce Park is a city park in downtown, San Francisco. This 5.4 acres rooftop park sits atop of the Salesforce transit center, above Salesforce Plaza. It is stretched over four blocks and has a delightful landscape. This public park features grassy lawns, swaying fountains, curved walking pathways, with benches lined up along, an amphitheater, and a children's playground. There's the main plaza which is an open space, a walkable grassy floor.
Along the walking path, park houses varied delicate plant species. Around 600 trees and 16,000 plants are assembled in thirteen varied botanical attribute areas. The amphitheater is an apt place for different activities like yoga, concerts, movie nights, etc. It has a capacity of housing around one thousand people. The park also hosts various seasonal events and some special events like Zumba, yoga, art cart, games meet-up, and much more.
Not a usual way of transporting, there is a free of charge one-way Gondola ride that elevates you from the ground floor to the park. This new public park of San Francisco is for everyone's recreation. The park remains open from 6 A.M. to 9 P.M. in summers and from 6 A.M. to 8 P.M.
