Chain of small islands located in Lake Ontario, south of Toronto
These islands provide an esacape from the busy life of the city and provide refreshing and enriching experience to the visitors, the islands are surrounded by Lake Ontario and one can take a look at the city's skyline relaxing on blue beaches. A lot of parks and tourist attractions can be found on the islands such as the Centerville Amusement Park with more than 30 rides and several eating outlets. One can behold the beauty of the oldest stone building in Toronto and the oldest surving lighthouse of the great lakes, the Gibraltar Point Lighthouse. There are sand and cobble beaches for basking in the sun and beach sports with eleven beaches that are suitable for taking a dip as well.
