Umbergaon Beach is the most popular tourist attraction in Umbergaon. The beach is visited by several tourists and is popular for its gorgeous sunset views, golden glittering sands and sumptuous ‘chowpatty’ style street food. Among the most popular items are Vada Pav, Sev Puri, Bhel Puri, and Pani Puri etc. Aside from that, it is the most perfect place to relax and unwind, owing to its serenity and tranquillity. You can also enjoy a horse carriage ride on the beach. The beach remains especially crowded during the annual Ganesh Chaturthi festival which is a big event in the region. There is also a lighthouse and a fishing harbour at Umbergaon beach that draws major tourist influx.
