Also called the Yuksom Monastery, the Dubdi Monastery is a Buddhist monastery of the Nyingma sect of Tibetan Buddhism. Located in the Yuksom Valley, in the Geyzing subdivision of West Sikkim, it was established in the year 1701 and hence is one of the oldest monasteries of Sikkim. Sitting quaintly on a hilltop, around 1-hour walk from Yuksom, the Dubdi Monastery is also sometimes called as "Hermit's Cell".
