Our Bad Experience
I was recommended this travel agency by a friend. Hence trusted them and paid an advance of one lakh eighty thousand. They still haven't refunded Rupees One Lakh Forty Five Thousand even after a coupl (Read More)e of months. Every time one contacts them, they come up with an excuse and promise to return it in a couple of days. I have now been forced to seek a legal remedy and am in the process of filing a legal suit against them.
I would advice anyone dealing with this firm to be very very careful and not trust them. I am totally disappointed.

I recently booked a Kerala package through Athidhys travels and tourism, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The itinerary included stays at some of the most luxurious and newly built (Read More)5-star resorts, including Eden Woods in Munnar, Amaana Plantation Resort in Thekkady, Grand Gokulam in Kumarakom, a houseboat in Alappuzha, and Uday Samudra in Thiruvananthapuram. Each property was a paradise in the midst of nature, equipped with the latest technology, a wide range of activities, and ensured safety for kids.
One of the highlights of our trip was the exceptional service provided by our driver, Nawaz, arranged by the agency. He was not only professional and courteous but also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the journey. Despite my child experiencing motion sickness, Nawaz remained patient, proactive, and incredibly helpful in managing the situation.
Furthermore, the agency, exhibited remarkable flexibility by accommodating last-minute itinerary adjustments and assisting us in booking travel arrangements and accommodation for the Padmanabhaswamy Temple visit without any hesitation.
Moreover, their consistent communication and prompt responsiveness throughout the trip ensured that any issues were promptly addressed, adding an extra layer of reassurance to our journey.

I contacted Mr.Shaju and I was quite impressed by the way he customized the trip plans per our requirements. Considering our parents, he made detailed and hassle-free arrangements for our stay, breakfast and lunch provisions and transit. Regular follow ups were made to ensure our comfort and updates were periodically communicated. The hotels were all premium grades, the food was so good, room service was good, great hospitality, a very cooperative driver who helped a lot with proper guidance and local assistance. Above all, I would like to emphasize on the reasonable rates at which these services were all offered. I am so grateful and happy that our trip turned out to be a memorable and cherishable one.
