Trip to Amarnath

The itinerary.
1. The hotel stay - the hotel rooms were not clean. The washrooms were not fully functional. The health faucet in the room was broken and the hotel kept lying that the water is low pressure as the pump is not on. They didn’t change it and neither changed our room2. The driver kept bragging that his regular customer from Oman gifted him a phone. He didn’t return my money that he took from me for to (Read More)ll/parking which was included in the package. He asked for a tip and said he had big expectations from me regarding tip3. The driver took us to a dry fruit shop on the way to Pahalgam from which he gets a commission despite my asking to stop elsewhere. I purchased walnuts and some other dry fruits. The walnuts that I bought from there have insects and worms in it. This is the quality that the driver made me buy at full price just coz of his commission4. Everyone is a beggar in Kashmir. They keep asking for tips. They keep saying - make us happy. Right from people who rent horses , ATV, driver, waiters. One waiter even followed me to me room just for a tip. 5. The driver kept cribbing that he wouldn’t take me to a destination within Kashmir as it is a double round etc. even when my mother had to go to washroom.

Trip to Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Pahalgam

First of all I will like to mention the hospitality of the people with whom my family had such a wonderful trip. The team of Charzan Holidays was very understanding and always available whenever needed including late evening/night as well. Their USP to me lies in their way of dealing with their customers and ensuring worthiness of every single day that the tourist spends during the vacation. There (Read More) were some teething issues pertaining to transportation but were very well handled. Haika my tour manager requires no explanation how good she is in understanding tourist/customer needs. I will like to thank her the most as she patiently handled every aspect of my trip. Trip to Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonamarg

We took a 6 night 7 night from charzan holidays.The tour started from Jammu with our driver Vinay who was good at duty but missing tour guidance capabilities. Our houseboat was jewel of Kashmir, new clasic resort Srinagar, regency in pahalgam and Marina in tanmarg. Excellent service from all the hotel except Hotel Shaha Abbaas, which is worst hotel in Srinagar. Thank you Hyka for handling our tour (Read More) package perfectly.Thank you team. Trip to Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Srinagar

Gud but not professional , as expected ,though very courteous and helpful ., but need to have a lot more of professionalism .Had a gud time with little hiccups , but on the whole we had a nice holiday , sure Charzan will improve ,Thankyou Charzan !
