The customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful. The itinerary was well-planned and diverse, offering a perfect mix of sightseeing abd cultural experiences. We were a corporate group of 25 who did the Tarsar Marsar Trek in Kashmir with Cliffhanger. 5 Star for their team would be an understatement. Javed, Shakir, Anand were excellent trek leaders and took (Read More)care of everyone like their family. The food was superlative, beyond expectations and full of surprises like gol gappe, shahi tukda, samosa and pasta and what not. Their logistical management was exceptional, wherein they would uproot the campsite, load the horses, overtake us, set up the new campsite and have the lunch ready before we reached there. I along with my 12 friends booked for the last batch of Warwan valley trek this September. This was our first trek with Cliffhangers. We all had a smooth and successful trek. Gulzar,our trek leader,wa (Read More)s very efficient in handling all of us(50 yr olds). The way he carried out our summit trail was commendable. The supporting staff particularly Anand,our sweeper guide was patience personified. Mushtaq our 3rd guide was very helpful too. Pony men were very cooperative. The food was just too tasty. The cook, Kamal,was superlative. Wide variety of food was served throughout. The sleeping bags were of very good quality. Overall very satisfying!!!

2. Trek Leaders Gulzar bhai and Aanand Bhai are very experienced Trek - Camping Leaders. They lead the trek well and brought us safely through this difficult and risky trek.
3. Cooking Staff is shocking excellent and fed us very tasty and verity of Food, snacks, Sweets on Breakfast and Dinner.
4. The best part is the our Care taken by entire staff from morning to late evening.
5. This Trekking experience with Cliffhanger team is the best experience of my Trekking life
