I like the service ,hotel accommodation ,communication with travel agent, immediate reply on phone call.
Only 35% sightseeing iwas covered where as package includes so many sightseeing. Also the last day while arriving at hotel there was no booking. So we have wasted 2 to 2.5 hours then again have to follow up and they provided altrrnate hotel with upgraded accomodation to compensate. So they should follow up with hotel in davmce whether booking is confirmed or not to avoid last minute hectic. Otherw (Read More)ise overall experience is good.

We had a trip to Kerala for 5 days & 4 nights. We explored Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey, & Cochin. 1) Transportation-wise, really very good. Drivers are very professional, friendly, and on time. Provided car are also good in conditions. Drivers did their job really very well during our travel. 2) Accommodation arranged in Pine Tree hotel in Munnar for 2 days is very good experience and quality of th (Read More)e food is excellent in this hotel. Must try. 3) Thekkady hotel stay is average, room size very small. 1) In Dream Holidays, communication is not proper on time. Initially, while discussing the tour packages, they responded very quickly to my messages and calls. But after I made my advance payment for the trip, responses to my calls/messages from the Dream Holidays agent were very, very late. Sometimes no response. 2) I requested that they send me an invoice bill for the payment I made for this tour package several times over calls/messages, but they didn't provide me with one, and there has been no response for this yet. 3) They informed us that the luxurious houseboat stay will be in Alleppey with unlimited veg & non-veg foods and shared some pictures of the boat's luxurious room & how it will look. But when we went there, the boat rooms were normal, not cleaned properly & very bad, not looking like the pictures they shared with us, and the food quality & taste were very, very bad on the boat. And also Dream Holidays informed us that veg & all non-veg, like fish, chicken & mutton, unlimited food will be provided. Whatever the passenger wants, they can have it, but in the boat they served only limited foods with minimum menu items. During lunch, for the name shake, they served us one small fish fry. Apart from this, there is no non-veg menu dish available, and food taste & service is really very bad in the Alleppey Boathouse. The house boat name is "VEMBANAD EMPEROR - Anugraha group" Better avoid it.
