Trip to Jammu and Kashmir
I booked through Exposure holidays. Experience was bad. Extremely bad, adamant, rude and misbehaved non cooperative driver was provided. Five days of torture. At houseboat, there was almost nil breakf (Read More)ast was provided. It was just bread and tea. It was terrible stay at house boat. Exposures tried to help but no use. Driver was worst. You need to reconsider recommendation

Explosure Holidays – A Horrible Travel Experience
Our recent trip to Kashmir through Explosure Holidays was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences we've ever had. From the start, e (Read More)verything about their service was misleading and unprofessional, turning what should have been a memorable vacation into a complete ordeal.
The problems began right after we landed. Despite providing all our travel details in advance, we weren’t informed about a delayed check-in at our first accommodation. On arrival, we were told that the previous guests hadn’t checked out, and we couldn’t freshen up before starting our day. Strangely, when we finally reached the houseboat in the evening, the staff informed us that no one had stayed there that morning and that we could have checked in hours earlier. This unnecessary delay was both frustrating and exhausting.
Instead of arranging a proper place for us to freshen up, our driver took us to their office, where I had to change in an uncomfortable and inappropriate setting. When this was brought up later, Aiman, our point of contact, had the audacity to call us "lucky" for even being allowed to change there.
As the trip progressed, the issues only escalated. We had specifically requested accommodations with a double cot and an extra bed for three adults. However, Aiman arranged for a double cot with a thin mattress on the floor. The hotel images she had shared before the trip were completely misleading. Despite booking a premium room, we were given a standard deluxe room with cramped, poorly maintained washrooms that were barely functional. There was hardly enough space to move around, let alone accommodate an extra mattress.
When we confronted Aiman about these issues, she dismissed it as a "human error." To make matters worse, she quoted additional charges for the correct room type, claiming she wasn’t making any profit . When we refused to pay the extra charges, she unprofessionally suggested ending our trip midway, leaving us to manage the rest on our own.
After much back-and-forth, alternative rooms were arranged, but the constant packing and unpacking due to their disorganized planning added to our frustration. Each day began with delays caused by these repeated mistakes, leaving us exhausted and cutting into our travel time.
Adding to the chaos, both Aiman and our driver displayed appalling behavior. They often spoke about us in their local language, assuming we wouldn’t understand. Their mocking and disrespectful comments were evident from their tone and expressions.
Our driver was particularly greedy and dishonest. At every tourist spot, he seemed to have underhanded deals with local vendors. He ensured we were overcharged by preventing us from speaking directly with the locals. Eventually, we had to secretly arrange our own union cabs and horse rides to avoid being exploited further.
By the end of the trip, what should have been a relaxing vacation had turned into a stressful and exhausting ordeal. Explosure Holidays failed us at every step, from poor planning and unprofessionalism to outright dishonesty.
I strongly advise anyone considering this agency to avoid them entirely. Choose a more reliable and professional travel partner to ensure your holiday is the enjoyable experience it should be.

And i honestly don't know why they have lied about my overall package cost it was 40% more than what they have mentioned now on text .and just because someone asks for what's been promised they refer it to be rude :)
