Sharad did the worst service I've ever done with a travel agency, I recommend not booking any tour with this company, at all times he showed a lack of interest in customer satisfaction, sloppiness and (Read More) lack of transparency...
1- we had booked 2 months before with him a safari in jhalana (jaipur) and 6 safari in ranthambore... Upon arriving in jaipur he informed us that he had forgotten to schedule the safari in jhalana that he had no more vacancies and that he offered another one "free" safari, however the place offered has a rating of 2.5 and known for scamming extra fees on tourists, so he already in the first service proved not to be a reliable person... and we managed to book the jhalana he spoke about that there was no vacancy with another company.
2- unfortunately we had already booked the ranthambore with this company and the service was horrible, and it only got worse, he only mentioned the areas we would go to after much insistence on the day of the first safari, he never mentioned or spoke of possibilities...
3- he chose the sequence morning and afternoon on each day, zone 10 and 5 first day, zone 6 and 1 second day and zone 6 and 5 third day, and these zones are known for less sightings of tigers and lower demand.
4- we tried several times to get in contact with him to request the change of some zones or at least one, which he always said was not possible, although other guides and drivers said it was possible.
5- one of the guides even said that we received a service that deceived us, since no area considered to be the best was selected (2,3,4) and many bad ones were selected (6,6, 10 and more at the best time in the morning)
6 - it was a terrible safari experience, I've done safari in several other countries, but he seems to have some scheme to reduce costs and earn more profit that selects any driver and guide available, and many are extremely rude, and not fits no guide what is expected of a private safari.
7- so we booked a theoretically private safari and were treated in the worst possible way, with many rude drivers and guides, who did not even communicate with us and seemed to have no desire to work and in areas considered bad.
8- including zones 6 (2x) and zone 10 were much further from our hotel, which made us lose more than 1 hour of safari in the displacement.
9- What seems to exist is a kind of dishonest system that tries to deceive the customer by offering the cheapest areas and guides available, reducing costs and increasing profit, but greatly harming the quality of the safari.
10- overall result, we paid dearly, wasted time, got angry, had horrible service and saw only 1 tiger in 6 safaris for about 20 seconds, total disappointment, if it was in Brazil I would file a lawsuit against this sharad.
11- to close we left ranthambore by train today and the agreed driver was 15 minutes late which almost made us miss the train to agra.
DO NOT book anything with this company!!!!! They don't care about customer service at all and only see you as a way to make money with horrible service.
