Spiti valley trip
Trip to Spiti
Our trip to Spiti valley was excellent. We enjoyed unexpected full day snowfall at Kaza. But because of that we had missed Manali.Our tour operator was kind enough to compensate our Manali stay at Kaz (Read More)a.Mr. Negi and madam were cooperative during our whole tour. I will strongly recommend 'Kinneer Kailash tour and travel' to my friends.

We were 16 people travelling out of which 6 people were senior citizens and 3 were children. This was already communicated to them at the time of booking. However the stay was not booked accordingly. (Read More)we were provided rooms which were at 5th floor and the hotel didn't have lifts. There was no coordination between tempo traveller driver and him. Even though the driver refused to travel to kalpa due to snowfall as the car was skidding, Vijay Negi was forcing us to go to Kalpa and take the risk of getting stuck there for 2-3 days. We missed 2 locations due to weather condition and still they charged us 100%. He and his wife was not considerate atall. if we would have listened them we would have misse dour return flight.

1st thing yes we were 16 people and we are not hiding it.
2nd thing - Are you not ashamed of saying that we took wrong decisions. Because of the road block in Narkanda, you and driver took the decison to deroute and same day we were stuck for 4 hours in same location, still we didn't complained as it was because of weather condition. we also reached late at 3 am. Again you people were misguiding us to travel to Kalpa even when the passers by said if we go to Kalpa we will be stuck. Driver only refused to go to Kalpa since the van was skidding and agreed to our suggestion of going back to Shimla. Please be scared of God and stop spitting lies.
You people were more keen on getting your full money before the trip ended and also started threatning us. If you people were so considerate of your customers, you would have not threatend us.
Hopeless services and hopeless behaviour also
The owner is very rude and not cooperative at all. I booked my family tour with him, faced lot of problems while travelling.
Our 9-day winter journey from Delhi to Spiti was an adventure I’ll never forget, and I owe a huge part of that to Vijay Bhaiya and his agency. From the start, their communication was excellent, and th (Read More)ey took the time to address all of our concerns—especially about the winter weather and snowy conditions on the roads. This was important because traveling in the mountains during winter can be risky, but Vijay Bhaiya ensured that we felt well-prepared and safe at all times.
The driver assigned to us, Subham Bhaiya, was not only professional but also very friendly and experienced. He made us feel completely at ease as he skillfully navigated through the snow-covered roads. We were always safe and comfortable, even on the more challenging stretches of the journey. The vehicle provided was top-quality, well-suited for the winter conditions, and comfortable throughout the trip.
What impressed me the most was how flexible and accommodating Vijay Bhaiya was when we had to make changes to our itinerary. Due to unpredictable weather, we had to adjust our plans several times, but Vijay Bhaiya was quick to adapt and modified our itinerary three times, without any issues. They even made special arrangements when necessary, ensuring we didn’t miss out on any must-see spots. But what truly made the trip memorable was the warmth and homely feeling we experienced at each stop along the way. The cozy rooms, the delicious local meals, and the hospitality from everyone we met added a personal touch to our journey.
