Trip to Bentota

Smooth planning of itinerary; didn't have to rush to see places and still covered all major spots in Srilanka North to South. Flexible and supported guest preferences. Easy communication. Happy with the service. Overall had a very memorable trip.

Great support and service by shine lanka holidays. Especially the tour guide cum driver(Rinas) was the best resource of the tour package. He was very patient and did not hesitate to answer all the questions we asked about sri lanka and its heritage. On time pick up and drop, great sight seeing and explained in detail about each and every place. We liked all the hotels that were booked and all we (Read More)re 4 star and 5 star hotels. We had zero tension and stress throughout the trip and its because of great planning and execution of the travel itenary. Shine lanka is very safe and reliable service. I would recommend for all due to the great service and hospitality.

We had the best time of our life because of the hospitality ensured by Shine Lanka and specially because of our guide Mr. Afraaz. He played a multi purpose role as guide/driver/photographer and was available 24×7. Whenever we want, what we want and how we want, it was made available by him and it was a fun experience. One thing is clear that more than money these people are people-centric and (Read More)to ensure guests stay happy is their priority. Couldn't have been any better.
A hotel room for 1 night in the itenary was very bad and the staff was least bothered. But the people at Shine Lanka ensured that we were satisfied by providing some extra experiences to make even with the dissatisfaction at the hotel.

Our trip to Sri Lanka was absolutely amazing! From the moment we landed, everything was perfectly organized — beautiful hotels, friendly guides, and seamless transfers specially with srilankan style of welcoming. The country itself is breathtaking, with stunning beaches, lush tea gardens, and warm, welcoming people everywhere we went. Complementary sightseeing mentioned is not exclusive and there is no fare involved, which is already part of journey. There can be atleast couple of sight seeing places provided by travels as good note.
