Great support and service by shine lanka holidays. Especially the tour guide cum driver(Rinas) was the best resource of the tour package. He was very patient and did not hesitate to answer all the questions we asked about sri lanka and its heritage. On time pick up and drop, great sight seeing and explained in detail about each and every place.

We had the best time of our life because of the hospitality ensured by Shine Lanka and specially because of our guide Mr. Afraaz.
He played a multi purpose role as guide/driver/photographer and was available 24×7. Whenever we want, what we want and how we want, it was made available by him and it was a fun experience.

A hotel room for 1 night in the itenary was very bad and the staff was least bothered. But the people at Shine Lanka ensured that we were satisfied by providing some extra experiences to make even with the dissatisfaction at the hotel.
