The itinerary crafted by Miss Arfa , was well-balanced, allowing me to explore the iconic Dal Lake, Gulmarg's and Sonmerge's snow-capped wonders, and the historic charm of Pahalgam. The choice of accommodations was impeccable, offering a blend of comfort and local charm. I specially mention the hospitality of Hotel Spice , which was amazing. Quality of food and staff behaviour, just touched my heart.
Our Driver , Mr. Sahid was knowledgeable and passionate about showcasing the beauty of Kashmir. He added a personal touch to the experience, sharing fascinating stories about the region's culture and history.

I booked my group Kashmir trip through travelistaan which was managed by the travel agent Arfa.
The trip was very well managed. There was consistent communication all through the booking as well as be (Read More)fore the booking. All our doubts were resolved and answered by Arfa on timely basis. The information about various places to visit, points to be covered , etc were all tailored as per our group and the needs of each member of the group were taken care of.
The itinerary was well made which helped us in getting more time to see the sights than to travel.
I would recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Jammu, kashmir or Ladakh.

We recently toured Kashmir & Vaishav Devi through Travelistaan Tours & Travel. Even though ours was a last minute request, Seerat responded promptly to all my queries and ensured the itinerary was cu (Read More)stomised as per our requirement.
A particularly memorable highlight was when Seerat arranged a mid-night dinner for us at the hotel. After a long day of site seeing and travel, we had checked in around midnight in the Hotel. Seerat proactively co-ordinated with the hotel staff and ensured dinner was packed and available in our rooms. This level of care and attention to detail made us feel truly valued and taken care of.
What stood out the most was the daily follow ups to check if we were doing alright and not facing any issue. This excellent service continued till we reached back home. This attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart.
One area for improvement would be ensuring that hotel locations and addresses are provided to drivers beforehand. There were a couple of instances where drivers were unsure of the exact location, which caused minor delays in reaching destinations

We were a group of 8 people who booked our Kashmir trip from travelistaan.... initially we were confused of whether to go for a package or do bookings on our own but the way travelistaan and specially (Read More) Arfa ji made our travel itinerary and accomodated every small details that we requested for was amazing and even after that the trip cost was very much into our budget and worth every penny.
