    The staff was great. My Mom got the flu while we were staying, and staff helped tremendously. Sorry about the mess.
    No complimentary breakfast. Parking my truck was a little difficult getting out. The coffee machine did not work in the room

    The room was very comfortable and clean.
    The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. There were enough places to charge our phones. We liked that there was a refrigerator in the room.
    There was no coffee in the lobby, ever, when we were passing through. The Hot Air Balloon Festival was the reason all the hotels were full, but still no coffee ever, but certainly no coffee at 3:30am when everyone was headed out to the Festival. And there was no breakfast, not even a continental breakfast with a muffin or banana we could have had on our way for the day.

    Our stay was comfortable, but we will not book this hotel again.
    I liked that this hotel had a pool with a water slide. It was also nice to have breakfast and evening meal options. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
    The pool water slide had limited hours and was closed when we checked in, which was very disappointing. It was also very frustrating that free breakfast was listed in my booking, yet it only applied to the adults and not the children. Nowhere did I see this policy while booking, and it seemed like a ridiculous policy to me. The building next to the hotel also looked dodgy.

    I liked the room location, I was able to park my car where I could check on it from my room. And the hot tub was pretty nice.
    I booked this hotel because of the slide for the pool. This was our last little getaway with my kids before school started, and swimming was on the list of things to do. We were not made aware that the slide is closed on the weekdays until we got there, which is bonkers, especially for the price. There was no cream or sugar for coffee in the room and when I went to call about it the phone was unplugged and I had to literally pull out the side table to fine the cord buried underneath it. When I did call, the front desk simply said that there's some down stairs and I would have to go get it. Not happy with the price of the room for what we got.
