Location good, roon good shower facilities good.

Struggled sometimes to get in doors. A kettle in the room for a morning hot drink would have been nice.

Decent choice in the center of Lille.

The location was very good, in the center of Lille. The hotel was decent and a value-for-money choice. The staff was very helpful.

The comfort room was extremely small and did not have a significant difference from the lower category rooms.

Nice hotel & comfortable room : recommended hotel

Great and large bed. Clean place and excellent location

-The check in system is mainly with an internet notification code after 3PM. Thus non contact with the reception staff to ask questuions -There are no luggage facilities after 3PM at the hotel - Shower is small... but you can't have it all for the price :-)

centrally located hotel

The location near the stations and supermarkets is excellent. My room was quiet and the wifi worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The shower and especially the heating were fiddly to operate. Instructions are needed for the heating.

Very clean room, cozy hotel. There was candy and lemon water for the guests. The staff was kind and spoke English. The QR code necessary to enter was an interesting concept.

The room was positioned on the street side, so there was a lot of background noise.

Beware: can't leave your luggage past 2-3pm

The location is very good.

Beware: you cannot leave your luggage beyond 2-3pm, as the hotel is not staffed most of the time. This caused me significant inconvenience. They also do not provide hand soap for the bathroom sink, which seems strange. They confirmed to me that you are expected to use the shower gel. I'm not sure how much money they are saving in this fashion, but it doesn't seem worth the poor guest experience.
