It was the perfect place to stay for a shopping trip to Short Pump! We plan to return!!

Great location for my trip, room was wonderful- loved the kitchen feature, desk, breakfast, etc.

I didn't like that my T.V. didn't work!!!

Great location, not full service though.

Staff was not very helpful at times. We stood there for a long time at the front desk and finally just left. Need daily room service, at least towels and wash cloths. Bar was tiny and jammed in a corner and didnt look inviting. Overall, bit high price for just a place to sleep. Uber was VERY slow and unreliable in this area.

Would have been perfect, if the engineers could have turned the fan off. It was loud, no sleep!
