    The Hyatt Place Richmond - Innsbrook is dealing with renovations and repairs, but the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Kelsey at the front desk resolved an issue with the room and even gave a (Read More)n anniversary gift. Kanyon promptly brought a microwave and Sarah at the front desk was available and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The location is great with lots of shopping, restaurants, and movie theaters nearby. Despite being short-staffed on the cleaning crew, the hotel still receives a 5-star rating.

    I love the location of property. I like the room layout
    The room was sort of run down and not clean clean. Ive stayed at this Hyatt a ton and something was different.

    The stay was ok, I wish I had a bar in it and more options to buy food
    No likes or dislikes, just ok
    Key kept getting locked out, need more lighting on the ride side of the parking lot, it really need some type of lil store in it so you could get late night snacks

    The room we were issued was in total disarray, the mattress was standing up, bed frame was torn apart. AC unit was thrown in the floor and the carpet was ripped up from the floor. Traveling with four kids and to walk in to this and they had no other rooms available at 11pm was bad.

    Not sure Id do it again
    Location was convenient. Staff was responsive, friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered lots of variety and was hot.
    Ants in room, food in between cushions of sofa, and molded orange in breakfast. We requested extra towels with reservation but had to go get them ourselves because phone in room did not work.
