Only one night maintenance was working 1130pm above our room. Need to clean the accent pieces in bathroom better due to the hard water and salt in the atmosphere

The decor is just what you see online gorgeous! The hotel staff is so accommodating, warm and helpful. My room was fabulous! I really appreciate Natalia and all the staff. The door man was always there to help you in and out of your car and into the hotel. I had an awesome stay. I'll be back.

Location Facility Room size Comfortable bed Polly front desk employee was very helpful. She suggested places to visit and restaurants. She made our first trip to Puerto Rico very easy and fun. She tried her best to check us in prior to the check in time.

My room doesn't have a window or natural light access. Check-in time is very late Room cleaning is not available after 5 pm

I would stay there again & recommend it to friends! Achilles (valet) and Dienesis (front desk) were awesome and help

Location was great! Hotel was extremely clean & beautiful. The pool/ rooftop area was so picturesque and pretty! We stayed in the panorama infinity suite with the private balcony overlooking the lagoon and it was perfect! I loved the shower and the bed was comfortable! The staff was exceptional & service was top-tier!

There are no microwaves or ice machine, but please note that the staff will bring you ice upon request!

All is full of love -

The hotel was very modern with a lot of elements that are also very historical. This trip was extremely memorable for my husband and I since we just got married and it is our honeymoon. Thank you again for the accommodations and we both enjoyed our stay and loved the restaurants inside the hotel. Thank you again for making this a memorable honeymoon for my husband and I.

We liked everything about the hotel, especially the roof top restaurant , the restaurant by the concierge desk, and the pool/lounge area.

Overall look of hotel was beautiful.

Room condensated constantly. Woke up to wet floors daily unless the room was freezing. Staff wasnt that helpful at all. Hotel knows about condensation problem. Overpriced for comfort.

After spending 2 nights at condado ocen club for half the price we moved to OlV for $500 a night in the simplest room available for the luxurious half of our trip, hotel was completely empty, no music by the pool, no servers for pool guests, the worst part of the stay was how staff could not get any control over the hotel guests. We spent 2 nights with hotel neighbors fighting, banging on doors, partying in the hallways. Hotel security asked several times for the guests to calm down and still we came to no solution. After speaking with management on the 2nd night we were disregarded. This hotel is GHETTO. If u are looking for something luxurious, there are way better prices for way better hotels. Very disappointing to say the least. Wish I would have read all the horrible reviews before wasting half my trip.
