    The Condado Vanderbilt Hotel is described as amazing, euphoric, and charming. Guests are greeted with champagne and the staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are exquisite in design and comfort, (Read More) with ocean views. The hotel has excellent service, a great location, and is recommended for a stay in San Juan. The only drawbacks mentioned are small room sizes and noise from traffic in some rooms. Overall, it is highly enjoyable and luxurious with top-notch service.

    Great family vacation.
    Nice staff, room with a great view and space. Great location - lots of restaurant options available in walking distance. Nice beach! 1919 restaurant was amazing.
    Main pool was smaller than the pictures make it seem. Restaurants have very limited vegan / vegetarian options, especially Ola and Tacos & Tequila (STK is a steakhouse).

    Meh.. PR is still recovering from the hurricane and Covid, not very spectacular.
    Good service, people were very nice.
    The rooms are outdated, the AC had issues, the restaurant had a stale menu with poor healthy options. Breakfast buffet is $50.00 per person.... Imagine $200 + tax & tip for a family of four for an omelette and some pastries.

    Needlessly expensive from ancillary charges.
    Location and history of the hotel. Excellent condition and very nice staff.
    Basic hotel charges for breakfast, lunch drinks very high. Too many rowdy loud people around the pool area.

    Disappointed as there was no oceian view. It was just a window with whole city view
    No direct beach access and crew was fighting for spots on the beach. Annoying.

    Pools are excellent.
    Hotel is very noisy. On Saturday night I could here the band until 1:00AM.
