Horrendous experience

Location

It was absolutely terrible, our room was so cold that the entire family got sick. Very little attention from staff towards the complain. I will never stay in this hotel again, especially for that kind of money.

The rooms are comfy and it's close to the train station

They charged my credit card a day before the free cancellation and that's 4 days before my actual stay. I was also charged 350 for my airport transfer when the actual reservation made by the front desk was only for 250. Such a scam.
