Good amenities and restful sleep.

The breakfast was very good. My stay pleasant. The hotel was in a great location for me, traveling to events I was attending. Had a slight problem with the shower drain. Employee took immediate action and took care of the problem. Would stay again and recommend anyone going to that area to stay at Springhill.

Included breakfast could have offered more than just one breakfast meat and food could have been warmer.

Very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast wasnt great. Food bland and cold. Our key cards kept not working for our room and fitness center. The staff fixed it right away but it was a pain in the butt.

The rooms were nice the beds were very uncomfortable my back is still bothering me the next day. I would never recommend

The location

I didnt like the fact that the Pool was closed and they dont tell the guest until after they pay for the room. Then they tell you we can use the YMCA pool. Well, my guest (which were kids) wasnt arriving until 6:30 pm and the YMCA was closing at 6. They charged my card an extra $75. They tell you if you cancel you still have to pay for the room. The Food was NASTY none of my kids liked it.
