Clean room, added touch of a dehumidifier. Also went outside late at night and an owl was in tree outside but could not hear it from inside

the beds were uncomfortable with no clean sheets.humidifier full to the brim mould on the windows and net curtains.dust on the shelves and the carpet smelt very bad.no staff around apart from texting them thats not good hosting at all. get your priorities straight

Very convenient for everything, clean, well maintained room.

Excellent experience, booking was simple, code texted for entry as promised. Located very close to the sea and centre of town too. Beds very comfortable. Room spacious and well equipped, spotlessly clean too. The break was first class from start to finish.

There's a private club across the road which we used and good beer club prices great place on rainy days

Not much only noise from revelers late at night but hey we enjoyed ourselves

Not somewhere I would recommend.

Leaving.

There was mould, and someone else's marks left in the toilet. The room was opposite what appeared to be a club, as we left to see a comedian there was trouble just outside, while not the fault of the owners of Sunnyside it did put a negative on our stay. Unfortunately, our stay was not one we would like to repeat. Skegness, for me, is the worst place I have ever been to.
