The staff were really friendly and helpful . The food was really good . We had a good time there. The kids really loved the place . It was relaxing, and the ayurveda massage was just excellent. The Room's are big and clean , a good place to relax and also to do some activities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We went for a wedding; we found charming, friendly staff, very spacious, comfortable accommodations, and beauty in abundance. My wife loves new foods and spices, and we both enjoy wildlife. Any time we were in the spacious, spotless dining room or walking across the 30-acre campus, we encountered new tastes, sights, sounds, smiles and blooms. We were prepared for biting insects but were surprised that we were not bothered by them at all, even though butterflies were common. We walked with naturalists, watched the sunset over the lake, dined with new friends, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have no suggestions for improvement.

Fantastic treat

Almost everything was perfect. The staff were so polite and attentive, our room was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The quality of food was generally very high. The activities were great.

The buffet, although excellent, was perhaps slightly overpriced. The espresso machine in our room also didn't seem to work (quite possible this was a user error however).

A wonderful place to stay, you wont regret it

The perfect retreat for a few nights of total relaxation - from the moment you take the boat to get there to leaving the experience is fantastic. Absolutely stunning location, the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, professional and welcoming. A beautifully well kept location. The food was excellent from breakfast to dinner. The highlight for me was Navin the yoga/meditation guru - morning yoga sessions and evening mediation was the perfect way to start and end the day. Navin is very kind and experienced teacher, really a pleasure to meet him, hes also incredibly knowledgeable about books and reading, so please ask him to recommend a book if youre a book worm like me, he was fantastic!

For the cost paid, the experience could have been better.veg options are very less in restaurant.dinner buffet cost is very high.we stayed in heritage mansion and it had spider webs in many places.

Beautiful place by the backwaters. Great for deeply relaxing downtime but also with great activities- bird watching, yoga etc. Great music too - especially enjoyed the tabla

This place is like paradise on earth - just wow! We visited with our toddler and the place is perfect for it. The staff are amazing and so sweet and kind. The facilities are good and there is a lot to do. Very relaxing stay even with a toddler.
