    I would love to visit again and stay longer at this place
    Extremely well maintained property. The place is huge and you can take a leisure walk which is very relaxing. They have almost all the activities included in the package. They have a lot of food options in the buffet and the food was brilliant. Staff is very friendly too.

    Reception and restaurant kept in contact with us while we were traveling. Restaurant manager Ratheesh is excellent leader cos his team was very efficient. We arrived at 11pm but they kept in touch with us during our journey (long drive) to check on our meal requirements. Reception was tops in welcoming us at that part of the night and in a terrible storm. We were very traumatized by the long drive and monsoon like weather but the warmth with which we were welcomed was awesome to overcome the trauma

Their recommendations for local attractions and dining options were spot-on, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to making guests feel not just welcome, but genuinely cared for. The resort itself is a haven of luxury, with breathtaking views and top-notch amenities. The rooms are elegantly appointed, the dining options are diverse and delectable, and the overall ambiance is one of tranquility and indulgence.     There is nothing much to dislike at this resort, however; we just wish we had more time to spend at the resort. One recommendation would be to ensure that the exhaust fans in the bathroom work well. We felt the exhaust air wasn't as powerful compared to resorts nearby and the moisture held up so much in the bathroom.

    Newly constructed, rooms were of a high standard and had all the amenities required. Plenty of hot water. Lots of activities such as boat ride, tea stall, games room.
    Buffet dinner and breakfast were ok not amazing. A fair number of mosquitoes which could be avoided with natural remedy. Spa experience was ok. Quite a lot of sugar in the food.

    The staff was very polite and helpful. The location and the overall property is definitely worth the money.
    There is not much to not like at this property but the only thing I can think was to get an uber or normal taxi (not from the resort) was a bit of challenge as the property is situated a little isolated therefore the resort management can work on that a little.

    Location, greenery, well maintained. Lovely breakfast. Lots of activities, friendly and welcoming staff.
    Check out time - 11 AM and check in 3 PM, no extension even for 1 hour allowed.
